For this project, I developed a WhatsApp messaging automation using Python to send automatic reminders to customers with late payments. This system allows the collections flow to be more dynamic, ensuring that customers receive notifications at the right time, which makes it easier to settle their debts.
The automation not only improved collections control for the company, but also provides faster and more direct communication with customers, contributing to better management of defaults.
